At themortgagebrokers.com.au, we enjoy making home loans easy. Whether your purchasing your first home, refinancing, buying an investment property or using equity to renovate, we'll find the right solution for you. Our aim is to help you find the lender who has the loan product that best suits your needs. With dozens of different lenders offering hundreds of different home loan products, we will help you to cut through the maze. It may even be a case of your existing lender offering new and better priced products that you're unaware of.

Once you've deceided on a lender and product, we'll submit your application to the lender for you. We'll follow it right through to settlement, liaising with you at all stages so that you are kept in the loop. Further, as our service to you is ongoing, we don't forget you once your loan has settled. We are always available to assist you with any thoughts or concerns you may have, whether it is one month, one year or five years down the track.

AND, best of all our service to you is free, as we are paid by the lender.

At all times we maintain strong associations with all lenders to ensure that we are up to date with current rates, products and services, and we adhere to all Government regulations in regard to Credit and Privacy Act Laws.  We also maintain current membership with the peak industry body, the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia). All of our consultants are also required to be members of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL), the external dispute resolution scheme for the non bank finance industry, approved by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
